Booking Policy

In efforts to maintain an efficient way of doing business we ask that all clients keep a current credit or debit card on file at all times.

If you need to cancel your appointment we ask that you please do so 48 hours in advance. If you cancel after 48 hours you will be charged a $35 cancellation fee.

If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged $35 or 50% of the services you would have received, whichever is higher.

Failure to cancel/reschedule an appointment at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time or missed appointments will result in a charge of the full service amount.

We do understand that things do arise and will try to be as accommodating as possible. If the fee is unable to be collected the balance will be due before booking any new services.

Late/No Show Policy

If a client is 15+ minutes late to their appointment, it is deemed a no call/no show and they will be responsible for the price of the full service(s) missed. Clients will not be allowed to rebook until the missed services have been paid.

Spa Etiquette

Our environment is one of tranquility and relaxation.  In consideration of other guest, we ask that clients speak in a quiet voice and turn phones on silent.  Our main priority is maintaining a relaxing environment for our guest and any disturbances will be addressed.

Confirmation Texts

An automated text will be sent out 24 – 48 hours prior to your appointment, asking you to confirm. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you may call us at 706-922-5751. However, these texts are just a courtesy, and you are still responsible for knowing your appointment time.

Health Concerns

Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctor prior to booking any spa services. Kindly inform your spa technician of any existing medical condition by completing an intake form.  Evans Aesthetics reserves the right to discontinue a service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties.

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards must be presented at the time of service. Gift cards do not expire, but after 5 years of inactivity, they are considered abandoned and will be voided.

Package Policy

When you purchase a package, it is considered a pre-paid service, therefore the services are non-refundable. Packages cannot be split between two or more people. By purchasing a package, you agree to this policy.

Returns/Refunds

Unopened products may be returned, with a receipt, within 30-days of the original purchase date. In the case that a purchased product is not right for you, we will try our best to make it right.

After a service is rendered, the price of the service stands. It is the client’s responsibility to know the price of their service. By receiving a service, you agree to pay the full price of the service rendered. We will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding pricing.
